I am excited to announce that Anaya Hilson is the student of the month for Mrs. Tait’s seventh grade math classes. Anaya is in the seventh period Accelerated Math 7/8 class. She is one of the highest achieving students in the class. Anaya is an extremely hard worker and takes pride in her school work. She is an excellent collaborator with her classmates and is always willing to help other students as needed. She is friendly and respectful at all times. She greets everyone with a smile and a kind word. It is truly my pleasure to have her in my class. I am so proud of you, Anaya. You are an amazing person!
It is my pleasure to introduce you to Tyra Marshall. Tyra is my choice for student of the month for November. Tyra was the highest achieving student in my 6th period class this month. Every day she demonstrates every element of Tapp PRIDE (Personal Best, Respect, Integrity, Determination and Effort) in math class. She works hard by completing all her class assignments. She is attentive and takes notes throughout the class period. She actively participates in all activities whether independently, with a partner or in a small group. She demonstrates leadership, as she is always willing to help her classmates, as needed. I truly would be pleased to teach 10,000 students just like you 🙂 . Congratulations, Tyra!
I am excited to introduce you to Timore Williams, my choice for Student of the Month for October 2018. Timore is the top student in my third period 7th grade math class. He is simply a pleasure to teach. He gives his best effort to every assignment. I love to watch him work with his peers in class. He keeps everyone focused and on task because his interest and enthusiasm is contagious. When his classmates do not understand something, he is patient and explains the math concepts to them. Congratulations Timore. I am so happy that you are my student. Enjoy your Snickers treat!
