Transition Talks

August25

Here is the filer your student should have brought home in their folders about Quarterly Transition talks.  As your student moves through middle school it is a good time to start considering what is going to happen to your child once they graduate from high school.  When your student turns 14 we will start discussing items that need to be considered at the IEP meetings.
