Buffet Manners

In Warm Springs, we will have lunch at the Bulloch House! We have briefly discussed manners for a buffet at school.

We have encouraged students to ask their families if they can practice these manners at home or at a restaurant that has a buffet.

Also, we would  like to practice buffet skills on Friday during snack time! Please let us know if you can donate one of the following (no individual packs, please! Students should practice using utensils at the buffet): goldfish, pretzels, M&M’s, mini marshmallows, raisins, and popcorn.

Welcome back! We hope everyone had a fun and relaxing spring break. Today and tomorrow, we are reviewing for the Milestones.

BE ON TIME FOR TESTING!!!!!! Milestones testing begins on Wednesday, April 13th. Testing begins PROMPTLY AT 8:00 am every day of testing! PLEASE make an effort to have students at school earlier than on time! We want students to feel prepared and ready to do their best on tests. They must finish breakfast and go to the restroom before testing begins. If students arrive after testing has begun, they will be placed in a separate room until we have a break in between testing sections.

Check out this PowerPoint with more tips for supporting your student during testing: testing strategies posters-parents

TESTING SNACKS: We want to give students special treats as well as fun/healthy snacks to enjoy after testing every day. Please sign up on this sign up genius to donate! We only have two families who have signed up to donate. Therefore, we only have two snacks for the 5 days of testing. Kudos to Mrs. Hoeh for sending the email and extra treats as well!
