I can’t believe we only have 6 school days left before the break and the end of the 2nd quarter!

This week, we are:

Math: showing data with graphs. This will not be assessed on the 2nd quarter report card. There is an optional homework assignment if students want to practice at home.

Writing: writing informational pieces with facts, definitions, and details. Students will complete one more informational writing piece this week in class.

Reading: applying comprehension skills to answer questions from a passage.

Language Arts: changing the meaning of root words by adding suffixes.

Health: comparing and contrasting the negative side effects of illegal drugs, tobacco, and alcohol. We finished Friday’s lesson today in class. This will be assessed on Friday.
