We have had a short but busy week!  We continued to learn about the theme of a story this week.  On Wednesday, we each student went to different classes to work on Reading and Math skills.   It was great getting to see new teachers.  In Writing, we have decided on our topic for the Personal Narratives and we will begin our hooks next week.  Learning about subjects and predicates was our focus for grammar.  In Social Studies, we learned about the Bill of Rights and each of the first 10 amendments and worked on finishing our Escape Room.  In Math, we continued working on Powers of 10 and multiplying and dividing by powers of 10.  Finally, in Science, we learned about the Earth’s plates and how they move.
