The month of October is Digital Citizenship Month. Second graders had a lesson on determining what kind of websites are green, yellow, and red for their age. They loved being able to tell me all about the apps they play at home and we all decided whether these were green, yellow, or red. 5th graders learned about their rings of responsibility when they use the internet. They learned that what they do and say online can affect not only themselves, but their friends and family as well.
This week first grade is reviewing non fiction text features by playing bingo! Kindergarten is reviewing story elements by reading a book about pumpkins and then coloring their own pumpkins . They then are using quiver to watch them come to life. 4th grade is reviewing American Revolutionary battles!
Here are some of the pumpkins coming to life!
