We are excited to have Jane O’Conner, the author of the amazing Fancy Nancy books, visit East Side tomorrow, February 8th. To help spread our excitement AND show our appreciation and enthusiasm for Ms. O’Connor, we are asking that all students K-3, dress “fancy” tomorrow.
The Juliette Gordon Low test will be on Monday, February 12th instead of tomorrow.
The kids enjoyed the Performing Arts Field Trip “Beauty and the Beast.” I apologize for the confusion with the note that my substitute teacher sent home yesterday about prepay sack lunches. That information was incorrect.
Student Council will be selling Valentine’s Day candy grams Monday, February 12th to Wednesday, February 14th from 7:20-8:00 in the cafeteria. Each candy gram is $1.00 and can be sent to friends, family, or teachers. Please make sure your child knows the first/last name of who they are sending the candy gram to as well as their homeroom teacher. Thank you for supporting East Side’s Student Council!
Please turn in Six Flags Reading Log by Wednesday, Feb. 14th so I can submit them on Friday, Feb. 16th before the break.
