It’s easy to purchase a yearbook online, simply click here and log in to the PTA website. If you don’t have an account, log in here and create an account. Once you have logged in to the site, go to “Shop” and select “Yearbook”. You will see an “Order Here!” icon in the middle of the page. NOTE: you must include your child(ren)’s name(s) along with teacher’s name(s) when setting up your account in order to see the option to purchase a yearbook when you go to “Shop”. If the “Order Here” link doesn’t work, log in to the PTA website and check your previous orders under “My Stuff” to see if you have already purchased a yearbook. #EASTSIDEBEKIND – Beginning Monday, November 26, your child will be engaging in the engineering design process and learning about how an assembly line functions. All second grader’s will be working together to design special message tags that spread kind words and thoughts. In addition, students will be working together to assemble treat bags that include special messages and small pieces of candy. If your family chooses to participate, your child will have the opportunity to bring an assembled bag home to share with someone in the community. As safety is our number one priority, we ask that you participate with your child as they share an act of kindness. As a family, you can choose to share kindness with a neighbor, a cashier that is helping you, or with an attendant at the gas station. Imagine brightening someone’s day with a special treat! On Wednesday, November 7, we will have a large tub outside the Makerspace that labeled, “2nd Grade,” and we are asking for individually wrapped non-peanut candy donations for our message bags. This donation is voluntary, but we are hoping that many of our second grade families will choose to join us in spreading kindness in our community!
