Encore Fundraiser Pickup

Posted on

The fundraiser orders will be in the auditorium, as scheduled, during Conference Week. Please make arrangements to come to LMS to pick up your fundraiser order on Thursday, Oct. 19, between 2:00 – 6:30 PM.

Pick-up Process:

  1. Get your Complete and Final Order Form from the table in the front lobby.
  2. Enter the auditorium to fill your order. Volunteers will be available to assist. Small bags will be provided. Those with larger orders should plan to bring boxes, coolers, suitcases, baskets, etc., to easily carry your items. The orders DO NOT come pre-packaged by student name.
  3. Check-out at the table in the hallway behind the auditorium. All orders were filled based on the Complete and Final Order Form (not the brochure). You will sign that your order is correct before you leave the check-out table.
  4. Plan to either store or distribute orders to customers. Please remember that the items will need to be frozen, not refrigerated. Make home storage plans, if needed.

If you are available to assist with either the check-in table, product distribution, or the check-out table, please sign up using the following link: http://www.signupgenius.com/go/4090b48aaae2aa02-fundraiser

Thank you!
