Week of 1/4/18 – 1/12/18
Over the next few days we will get to know each other a little better, establish some rules and expectations for the success of you as a student in this class. We will complete fitness gram, common assessment and physical fitness goals you will set for yourself in this class through a writing prompt.
We will complete the vocabulary and the lesson in chapter 1 of the Personal fitness textbook.
