Wednesday, we will learn how to name types of slopes and find the slope from a graph. On Thursday and Friday, we will learn how to set up and write the equation of a slope in slope intercept form. We will take a quiz on the slope intercept form concept on Friday.
Please continue to review substituting for equations, being able to determine whether a table is a function or non-function, whether a graph is a function or non-function by doing the vertical line test, and whether maps and ordered pairs are functions or non-functions, also, how to determine linear functions using the vertical line test and how to determine if algebraic equations are functions or non-functions and if they are linear or non-linear.
Please visit the website AAAmath .com as a review resource for your child in math and have them review their graphic organizers and classwork on a daily basis, regardless if they have homework or not. This will ensure them comprehending and retaining the information learned in class. Thank you.
