With one of the newest CTLS Assess enhancements, you now have another report option to choose from! The Standard-Answer Analysis will allow you to see, at a glance, each student’s results for all the questions on a given assessment, along with the standard being assessed by each question.
To access the report, click on the Student Reports tab, then click on the dropdown menu and select “Standard-Answer Analysis (Excel)”. You will then generate the report the same way you have in the past.
Detailed directions for using the Results widget can be found HERE.
You’ve been asking for it…and it is finally here! CTLS Assess now has an option to export your reports in the Results Widget to Excel. Simply select the report you would like from the Results Widget under Performance Analysis and click on the Excel Export button. You can also choose to export to a PDF.
Use Excel to track, sort, and analyze CTLS Assess data! Both tools work hand-in-hand to streamline the data analysis process in your classroom. What a great way to work with data for data teams or RTI!
In CTLS Assess, teachers can use the Compare Tab to view data on two different assessments that share at least one common standard. You can see in the example below, the Unit 4 Pre- and Post-tests assessed two common standards. Your questions on the assessments do not have to be identical because the data is derived from the standards.
Once you click on the Dtl for a standard, you can view comparison data on each student. Data found under the Compare Tab is not only useful for instructional groups, but also RTI and parent-teacher conferences.
Click on this link for a brief instructional video on using the Compare Tab in CTLS Assess.
Secondary teachers now have access to the “My Students” tab on the home page dashboard. This will give Secondary teachers access to “drill down” into their roster to access student data (current and historical).
