Tuesday 8/9

6th Grade: Students completed the warm up – identifying physical features in Europe. Then students practiced with their labeling their Europe maps. Student did not finish this activity. HW: NONE!

8th Grade: Students complete the transportation systems of GA warm up. Then we began Georgia Geography notes. HW: NONE!

Wednesday 8/10

6th Grade: Students completed the warm up – identifying countries in Europe. Then students either continued labeling their Europe maps or took their world map quiz. HW: NONE!

8th Grade: Students completed the location warm up and then began identifying unit vocabulary. We continued the Georgia Geography notes. HW: Begin studying for vocabulary check on Friday.

Thursday 8/11:

6th Grade: Students completed the warm up – Word Wise 1.1 (Directions). Students then worked on identifying European vocabulary with Quizlet. HW: NONE!

8th Grade: Students completed the warm up – Climate pg. 164. We completed the Georgia Geography notes. Students completed the vocabulary. HW: Continue studying for vocabulary check on Friday.

Friday 8/12:

6th Grade: Students completed the warm up – Word Wise 3.5 (Climates). Students continued European vocabulary. Students then worked on identifying topography and geographic features HW: NONE!
