This week in Reading…

Today you had the opportunity to do an awesome BREAKOUT lesson with Mrs. Slade.  I’m proud of those of you who relied on your own thinking skills to problem solve!

The rest of the week, you will finish reading The Hunger Games.

We are reading the story “Thank You, M’am” by Langston Hughes.  You will analyze the narrative elements to help you understand the theme.

The only homework is for those of you who did not finish and turn in your personal narrative or your horror story.  Remember, do not turn these in to Mrs. Scott.  I will get them from you when I return on Monday. They will not be considered latER because I am out.
