Today is fundraiser delivery day

Good Morning,

Today is our fundraiser delivery day. The truck is scheduled to arrive around 2pm and we will begin to unload then. We should be ready to start giving out products by dismissal at 4:15. We ask that no one come in the school before then, so that we don’t disrupt the school day. When you arrive, simply come in the door by the chorus room, and give the parent at the check in table your student’s name. They will give you your order sheet back, and then walk you through filling your order. Once you have everything we will double check your order before you leave. Thank you again for participating in our fundraiser!

Fundraiser delivery date

Our fundraiser will be delivered on Monday Nov. 14th. We will need a lot of help that day. If you are available please sign up with this link:

Thank you for your help, and email Mr. Grimes or Mr. Brown with any questions.

New York Trip information

Please do not forget that your first deposit for the trip is due this Friday.

We are going to make one change to our payment schedule. We are moving the last day for refunds until December 16th. This will allow you to attend the information meeting on December 1st before you make your final decision about our trip.

If you have any questions please let us know.

8th Grade Update

There are two important things that all 8th graders need to remember this week:

  1. All 8th Grade spring trip permission forms are due back by Tuesday. We will not be accepting any late forms for any reason, so please do not miss this deadline.
  2. Friday night is 8th grade band night at Walton. Students will be brining home final information on Monday. We hope everyone and attend, and it is not to late to add your students.

Fund Raiser Update

Mr. Brown and I want to say thank you to all our parents and students on helping with the fundraiser this year. Special thanks go out to the parents who came in to help out with collection days.

Delivery day will be during the week of November 14th. We will send information home as soon as we can.
