Conferences were held last week. By now, students should have brought home their Q1 Report Cards on Friday, October 21, 2016 for those parents who did not attend their child’s conference. Should you have questions, comments or concerns, please do not hesitate your child’s homeroom teacher.

The Red Ribbon Campaign is the largest and oldest drug prevention program in the nation, and it kicked off today for students across the nation. The schedule for East Cobb Middle School’s Red Ribbon week is as follows:
Monday – “Use your Head, wear Red” Wear Read Day
Tuesday – “Put a Cap on Drugs!” Wear a Hat Day
Wednesday – “Black Out Drugs” Wear Black Day
Thursday – “Sock it to Drugs” Wear Mismatched or Crazy Socks Day Note: Thursday is also a Pink Out in support of Breast Cancer Awareness
Friday – “Team Up Against Drugs and Stay in the Game!” Wear your favorite team or spirit wear Note: Friday is also Pajama Day. Student can wear school appropriate pajamas with a $2 donation.
