Eastvalley Thanksgiving Food Drive

Eastvalley Elementary School is working with The Center for Family Resources and East Cobb Middle School Food Pantry to help families this Thanksgiving.

There will be food collection containers near the entrance of the school starting October 30th thru November 10th.  There is a critical shortage of food at this time, so please donate non-perishable food items.  5th Grade is asked to bring in dried or canned milk, Macaroni and Cheese, and cereal.  For a full list of donation items, click on the link below.

Hello EV Parents!  This is just a reminder that this Wednesday, August 30th, Cobb County Schools will have Early Dismissal across the district for staff professional development.  Eastvalley students will begin dismissal at 12:30.  There will be no FAST Activities on Wednesday.  The After School Program will run from 12:45-6:00 PM.  Please make all necessary arrangements to ensure your child is dismissed safely and correctly on Wednesday, August 30th for Early Dismissal.  Thank you!

We are well underway with some challenges and projects in STEM. Some of the upcoming projects will require certain items that need to be collected. Please visit Mrs. Branham’s blog,  http://www.cobblearning.net/mbranham/, and subscribe to it so you can easily see what items we are in need of in the Lab. Immediate needs are cereal boxes and empty paper towel rolls and coffee cans.  Thank you!
