We have finished raising money to help with the cost of the student price for Rock Eagle. Each student will receive a deduction of $29.75. The new student total is $105.25. If you would like to make a full payment for your student, you are now able to do so. The payment schedule is as follows:
October 27th: $30 per student and chaperone
November 30th: $30 per student and chaperone
December 22nd: $15.25 per student and $30 per chaperone
All students will be receiving tan emailed link for an invitation to schedule a conference. All scheduling will conclude on the 6th. After October 6th, we will schedule a conference for you.
Today, October 2nd, if your 5th grader has a sibling or if your student is an ELL student, you will be receiving an emailed link to invite you to schedule your conference. All others students will receive the invite on October 4th.
On Monday, October 2nd, parent of students with siblings or in ELL classes, will be receiving an emailed link to sign up for a teacher conference. On October 4th, all other students will be receiving the email to invite you to sign up for a conference. Open sign ups will end on October 6th. At that time, we will schedule your conference.

Help support the 5th Grade Field Trip. Each themed day is $1 per student/teacher.
Monday: Crazy Hair Day: Wear your craziest hairdo.
Tuesday: Wacky Wardrobe Day: Wear your wildest outfit.
Wednesday: Pajama Day: Wear your most comfortable, school appropriate pajamas.
Thursday: Hat Day: Wear your favorite school appropriate hat or cap.
Friday: Sports Spirit Day: Show your support for your favorite sports team
The 2nd car wash fundraiser is this Saturday, September 16th. Participating students and parents should arrive by 9:30. The event will last, 10:00-2:00. Students should wear old clothing, bring drinks, and food. This is not a drop-off event.

Thursday, August 24th is picture day. This is a prepay program. No proofs will be sent home. All orders will receive a $10 discount to online purchases, as well as, payment packages turned in at school.
We have been informed that we were able to get certified glasses in order to view the eclipse. In order for students to view the eclipse, each student must have a completely filled out and signed permission form turned in by Friday, August 18th. Students that do not have a permission form turned in, will stay in the building and view the eclipse from a live stream.
On August 21st, the school day will be extended by 45 minutes. We will be going outside to view the eclipse at approximately 2:20. Once the eclipse is over we will be coming back into the school and preparing for dismissal.
If you are going to be picking up your student early on the 21st, please make sure to pick your student by 1:00.
