Rock Eagle Payments

The final installment for Rock Eagle is due by 12/20.  The new total per student will be $105.25, instead of $130.  Any chaperone that is not paid in full by December 20th will be removed from the chaperone list and we will roll their payment to cover any outstanding balance for their student.  Any additional money that is not used can be refunded with a written note requesting a refund.  The final installment, due by December 20th, is $15.25 per student and $30 per chaperone.

Rock Eagle Student Payment

We have finished raising money to help with the cost of the student price for Rock Eagle.  Each student will receive a deduction of $29.75.  The new student total is $105.25.  If you would like to make a full payment for your student, you are now able to do so.  The payment schedule is as follows:
October 27th: $30 per student and chaperone
November 30th: $30 per student and chaperone
December 22nd: $15.25 per student and $30 per chaperone

Conference Scheduling

On Monday, October 2nd, parent of students with siblings or in ELL classes, will be receiving an emailed link to sign up for a teacher conference.  On October 4th, all other students will be receiving the email to invite you to sign up for a conference.  Open sign ups will end on October 6th.  At that time, we will schedule your conference.
