Learning Commons Updates

We hope everyone is having a great week leading up to Spring break next week! The Learning Commons has had another busy week this week! Classes continued whole group and small group check out and reading time.Third grade ELA classes continued to review terms using the bee bot robots, and some classes participated in a close reading of stories to celebrate the start of spring! Also, all fourth grade ELA classes participated in a breakout edu (similar to an escape room for students) to review Greek mythology, sequencing events, cause and effect, context clues, and vocabulary. Students loved this activity! See below for pictures from the week!

Ms. Shumpert’s 2nd-5th grade classes reviewed vocabulary terms using the bee bot robots, and some classes participated in a close reading of stories to prepare for spring!
