Getting Your Teen to Talk and Keep Them Talking!

Nancy Grabe, MSW
Tuesday, April 24th, 11:15 am -12:15 pm
Dickerson Theater

The world is a scary place these days. Our teens face issues we never had to. Anxiety, stress, depression, suicide just to mention a few. Teens can be sullen and difficult to get talking. They can seem unmotivated and unconcerned about the things we know as parent’s matter! How do we get them talking? How do we help when we know they are hurting or struggling and won’t tell us why? And how do we get them to take responsibility? Nancy Grabe, MSW will talk about the stages of parenting, getting teens talking and how to get them to be more responsible and ready for High School and life. There will be time for some questions and answers.
