If you have an aptitude for repairs and up to two years to invest in your future, Yancey Bros. Co., “The Nation’s Oldest Cat® Dealer”, has an Apprenticeship Program that will give you exactly what you’re looking for – the knowledge and hands-on experience on the job, repairing Cat and non-Cat equipment, in the shop and out in the field.

What Will the Apprenticeship Program Do for Me?

  2. The program will build your technical confidence through a comprehensive program of academic and performance orientated training.
  3. You will gain a solid understanding of the fundamentals of how things work and begin to create an understanding of logical troubleshooting and the methodology of performing timely and correct repairs.
  4. A comprehensive tool set / tool box will be provided for use during the apprenticeship. Upon successful completion of the program, and two additional years of employment as a Technician, the tools and tool box become yours!
