Happy Wednesday!  We are beginning Book Clubs/Literature Circles today! Students put 7 books in order of their preference on Monday and I tried my best to give students their 1st (or 2nd or 3rd) choice … students will begin reading today and then have time to discuss (2 guiding questions) after they read.  This will happen every Wednesday.  If you want to purchase your own book, you are more than welcome to … but we will have the books in class (but won’t be able to leave the classroom).

Thinking ahead for next 9 weeks .. students will be reading Walk Two Moons as a class .. if you want to purchase that book now, go for it =)
