Today we are welcoming our 6th grade students to P.E. as well as starting our volleyball unit. We will be focusing on the basic fundamentals of the sport before moving into more advanced skills and gameplay.

Powderpuff practice has begun and will continue as follows:
Football practice will be every Tuesday and Thursday until the game on October 27.
Cheerleading practice will be every Monday and Wednesday until the game on the 27th.
All practices will be at 8:00 AM, and participants need to come dressed for practice and bring school clothes to change into at the conclusion of practice.

We have started our Wildcat Challenge in our Advanced P.E. classes. The Wildcat Challenge is a fitness/athletic competition where students earn points based off of 5 different events. We are doing the challenge now and at the end of the semester to hopefully show improvements in all areas. You can check out the points system and different levels of the Challenge below:
