2nd Hour – Mrs. Johnson – Week of March 11 – April 26

Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays– Students will be able to demonstrate their skills gained from the geometry course.

Agenda:  Students will work on packets of practice problems related to the units that they need to remediate.  Once packets are complete students can re-take tests in an effort to demonstrate a stronger mastery then previously demonstrated. Each unit’s packet is attached below.

Tuesdays & Thursdays – Students will be able to demonstrate their skills gained from the geometry course.

Agenda:  Students will complete two delta math assignments in the computer labs on Tuesday and Thursdays.  The assignments will be opened at 8am the day before we go to the lab and will close at 8pm the day after we go to the lab.  Students will not have any official homework, but can complete these assignments at home if they are not completed in class.

 

 

2nd Hour – Mrs. Johnson – Week of March 4

The week’s objectives – Students will be able to determine the probability of mutually exclusive and overlapping events.  Students will be able to determine if two events are independent from a frequency table.  Students will be able to determine the conditional probability of an event.

The week’s daily agenda

Agenda:  Students will engage in independent and collaborative learning.  The students are starting the unit with all the materials that they need.  Mrs. Johnson and I are available to answer questions, but Mrs. Johnson will not be lecturing.  There will be additional practice work provided and the students have deadlines to know the material in the form of assessments.
