We had a great trip to the Smith Gilbert gardens, thank you to all our parent chaperones. One of the docents told us that she was so impressed with the behavior of Teasley Kindergarteners. We saw a variety of gardens including a Bonsai garden (trees in the containers- if you ask your kids). Two koi ponds including one with a huge fish named Gus and we learned that koi can live 200 years, but most are 35! We were even able to fit in a picnic.
