Georgia Parent Survey

Dear Parents,

The Georgia Parent Survey for the 2017-2018 school year is available for parents to take online. The survey will open through Friday, March 2, 2018.

All parents are invited to participate. You can complete the survey for your child’s school using a personal computer, smartphone or iPad. The survey includes 24 questions about your child’s school, and should take no more than 5 to 10 minutes to complete.

The survey has been embedded in this email for your convenience. Georgia Parent Survey

The Georgia Parent Survey is given each year by the state of Georgia. Questions on the survey are similar to the school climate questions taken by students and faculty in the Georgia Student Health Survey II and the Georgia School Personnel Survey. Data from the Georgia Parent Survey will be used to calculate the School Climate Star Rating within the College and Career Ready Performance Index (CCRPI).

Survey responses are anonymous and are submitted directly to the Georgia Department of Education for analysis. Data results from the Georgia Parent Survey will not be available to the public and will not be posted online.

Thank you for participating!

Bells Ferry Foundation needs your support!

September14

https://www.bellsferryfoundation.org/

1st Annual Capital Campaign

We are holding our 1st Annual Capital Campaign, which will be the Bells Ferry Foundation’s largest fundraising campaign of the year. When you donate, 100% of your dollars are invested directly in the students at Bells Ferry Elementary. We are hoping you will Back the Bandits and become a Bandit Buddy at $50 or more per student. Please see the suggested participation levels and associated prizes listed below!

It can cost anywhere from $150 to $300 to enroll your student in sports or other activities that only last a few weeks per season.  The BFF is asking for a $50 tax-deductible donation, which is an investment in your child’s educational experience for the entire school year.  Dinner and a movie night out for 2 can easily cost more and think of what your donation will do to support your child at Bells Ferry Elementary!

Grandparents and other relatives can become Bandit Buddies, too! Let your family and friends know that this is a great way to benefit your child’s education.

We are always looking for volunteers to help with our events? Visit the Ways to Give for more information!

Help Ms. May Hog the Spotlight!

If we reach our goal of $10,000, Ms. May will KISS A PIG!

CLASSROOM INCENTIVES

• Classes that achieve 75% participation will receive a pizza party!

• For classes with $1,000+ in donations, that teacher will receive a grant!

Check back daily to see how much we’ve raised!
