Music Updates

Hi Parents,

By now you should have seen your child’s

  1. Recorder Karate Folder
  2. Signed the parent letter
  3. Signed up for your SeeSaw Parent account.
  4. Your child has submitted their first assignment via Seesaw

In your child’s recorder folder there are directions for downloading the SeeSaw app.  This app will allow your child to submit work for music electronically and you will receive updates on your child’s progress with learning the recorder.

When you are ready for your child to complete their music homework after the app has been downloaded, they should use the QR code provided (2nd page in folder) with a smart device.  After scanning the code students will need to click on the activities folder to see their assignment.  Complete assignment by clicking the green button at the top of the screen and Viola’ you are done!!!

If I have received your child’s homework I have commented on their work.  Comments look a little something like this “Good Job______.  I look forward to teaching you the recorder.  Thanks mom and dad for being super excited about your child learning the recorder.”

If you haven’t done so already please do the above before your child comes to music class this rotation.
