Can you believe it’s already a week into December?! I hope everyone had a fantastic Thanksgiving and are now excited/ getting excited for the upcoming holidays. I know the kids and I are!
If you haven’t been told, we had a new elf friend, Henry, come to stay with us for the rest of the semester. We wrote letters to Santa asking for an elf and Santa sent us one and the kids named him Henry 🙂 He is definitely a fun part of the classroom as well as a friend that keeps a lookout to report back to Santa!
Just some reminders:
A green paper was sent home yesterday. This is the inclement weather form. We absolutely need these back in case we have a bad weather situation and need to dismiss early. This form tells us how you would like your child to go home in this case. So please please send it back as soon as possible! 🙂
December 19th & 20th will be EARLY DISMISSAL so dismissal will happen at 12:20 pm these days. December 20th will also be our last day of the semester and the students come back on January 4th!
Report cards are quickly approaching. Please please continue working with your student at home on: letters, sounds, sight words, counting to 100, and reading to/with them!
Thank you for all your hard work you continue to implement at home. This is such a special time of year, and I am so thankful for each and every one of you and your students! 🙂
I have uploaded more pictures in the pictures tab so make sure to take a look!
& As always, please feel free to reach out to me with any questions/concerns. I am way more than happy to help with anything! Thank you so much!
