Student Reminders

Students-

Here are a few reminders for the rest of the week!

  • Tomorrow, we are planning on walking to East Cobb Park (if it looks like it won’t rain)!
    • We will be eating lunch at school & then heading to the park (11:35).
    • If you would like, you can bring a small backpack of activities you would like to do at the park!
    • We have a plan B: if it looks like it will rain while we are there, we will not be walking to the park. Therefore, 4th grade has decided to do “Electronics Hour” at the end of the day. So, if you would like to bring an electronic to school, you may! We will only be getting our electronics out of our backpacks if we don’t walk to the park (if we do walk to the park- our classroom door will be shut & locked)!
  • Friday, we have “4th grade yearbook signing” after lunch!
    • Make sure to bring your yearbook & favorite pen!
    • If you didn’t purchase a yearbook, Ms. Jones has something for you to use for autographs!!
    • Students will be getting a treat after all yearbooks are signed!

See you tomorrow!

Ms. Jones

Walk to the Park

Good Afternoon Parents,

Our class is very excited to walk to East Cobb Park next week (Thursday, May 17th)! I know many of you have already told me that you are going to be joining us, but as you know, safety first!

I need at least 2 parents to email me confirming that they are able to walk with us to the park (meeting us in the classroom, walking to the park, & walking back to school with us). This ensures that the front, middle, and back of the line are all taken care of!

Any number of parents are welcome to walk with us; I just need at least 2 to confirm that they are able to travel with us!

Always, thank you for your support and help!

Hailey Jones
