  • Reading~ Peter Pan, answering questions citing text evidence
  • Writing~ Opinion writing, thesis statement and reasons
  • Language Arts~ Conjunctions, cursive
  • Science~ Georgia habitats

Homework:

  1. 20 minutes of reading (books, Newsela)
  2. 10 minutes of math (Prodigy, multiplication facts)

🎈Happy birthday, Jag!🎈

😀We need snack donations (crackers (saltines, Ritz, etc), pretzels, and Cheerios. Thanks in advance! We’re collecting aluminum pop tabs for Ronald McDonald House. Thanks for collecting them for this good cause.

Here’s information on our upcoming International Night. We have a special surprise for each child who attends this event. I highly recommend the fabulous food!

Kincaid PTA invites all families to one of our biggest events of the year: INTERNATIONAL NIGHT! Join us as we travel the world on January 31st, 6-8 PM! “Board” in the cafeteria, obtain a “passport,” and travel around the school to visit, learn about, and sample food from countries represented by Kincaid families. Visit the “Duty Free” shop to purchase spirit wear and international goodies! Bring a food item, present a craft, prepare a visual board to teach about your heritage, or just sightsee! RSVP on Membership Toolkit OR using the yellow flyer that was sent home in December. Forms due by Fri, Jan 17. Walk-ups OK but please RSVP so we can plan classroom space for each heritage/country represented!

Have a good week!

Mrs. P. & Mrs. M.
