Nickajack Elementary School is fortunate enough to house three, full-time Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP), as well as one itinerant SLPA, to serve its wonderfully diverse community of students. One of our SLPs serves preschool students. The other two SLPs, as well as the SLPa, serve the elementary population. Among the four of us, we have 30+ years of experience to enhance our ability to provide quality, educationally relevant, research-based speech and language services.
As a team, we serve eligible students with a variety of needs, including but not limited to, articulation, fluency, and expressive and/or receptive language disorders. We work collaboratively within our school, as well as within the Cobb County School District, to ensure that we provide the best level of service to meet each of our eligible student’s unique needs.
