Candy Drive!

Treats for Troops!!!

Our Student Council is partnering with A+ Pediatric Dentistry of

Atlanta again this year to collect candy for Operation Gratitude!

Operation Gratitude is a non-profit organization that ships care packages to our troops around the globe.

Here’s how you can help:

Go out and enjoy Trick or Treating.

On Thursday and Friday, Nov. 1-2, bring in some of your candy to share with the troops. You can also take your candy to the Candy Buy Back Party at A+ Dentistry.

Sorry, no Pixie Sticks!

A+ Pediatric Dentistry will be hosting their Candy Buy Back Party and Talent Show on Thursday, November 1 from 4:00—6:00 PM at their office. Each child that wants to participate in the talent show needs to submit a creative 15-20 second audition video to office@atlantakidsmiles.com. There will be no late registration.

For more information on Operation Gratitude check out their website at:

Talking to Your Child About Grief and Tragedy

When tragedy strikes, children depend on the adults in their lives to help them process what happened.  Ongoing communication is one of the best ways to help children during challenging times.  If you need help knowing what to say to your children, here are a couple of websites that might help.
