THE YEAR YOU WERE BORN PROJECT?!
One student can make a difference in our community. We will interact with seniors who are residing in an Assisted Living facility. Through games, letters, songs, and connecting activities, we will help bring joy into others’ lives, while building our own interpersonal skills, part of Target’s affective curriculum.
Monthly, Bells Ferry students will be “adopting” residents from Centerfield at Kennesaw. Who says one person can’t impact someone’s world? Stay tuned!
What a fabulous day in 4th grade Target! We are learning about Perspective, so brainstormed the characteristics of heroes, designed STEM inspired “Hero Homes” that courageous, selfless, generous historic figures may inhabit, and discovered quotations that tell others our perspective/point of view about ourselves.
What is more fun than the virtualmathmuseum.org, word problems on mathplayground.com, and pbskids.org? Brainstorming, logic, puzzles, and more, await us! Can’t wait to begin !
