Mrs. Sandoval Del-Valle's Blog!

Just another Cobb Learning site

One easy way to increase the vocabulary at home :)

How do we get what we need?
1. List things your family buys at the market.
2. Work together to find pictures of the
things on your list. Look in magazines and
newspapers, or look online. Cut out the
pictures and glue or tape them to a blank
piece of paper to create a collage.
3. Remind your student to bring the completed
list and collage to class.

Happy Thanksgiving to all of you!

Thanksgiving was originally a holiday to give thanks to God for the harvest. Today is an opportunity to give thanks for all the good things including the beautiful chance to work with all of you. Enjoy your days off and do not forget to read!

FACT Clubs begin on Monday.

FACT Clubs begin on Monday. Make sure you complete the form below by Monday morning at 8:00 am so I know which first session FACT Clubs your student will attend and whether they are attending ASP or will be a car rider after each club. Complete the survey whether your student attends clubs or not. No paper copies of dismissal changes to attend FACT Clubs are necessary – as this survey will replace FACT Club dismissal change forms.

Thank you!
