Giftedness Knows No Boundaries!

Back to School 2018-19!

Summer Break is fast coming to a close — I know this because I’ve had a few inquiries about supplies!  I’ve seen the sales too!  All 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th grade gifted students will need to have a 1″ Binder, 2 boxes pencils, and a set of 5-tab dividers. Returning students, if you still have your binder from last year – that’s perfect too.

Make sure you stop by and see Ms. Zentner and I in our new classroom locations during Sneak-a-peek!

We’ll see you soon!

Ms. Reddish

Summer Break is Here!

Wow! It seems that this school year just flew by! I wanted to thank everyone for your support & for making me feel so welcome my first year here at the Jack. I’ve enjoyed getting to know you all and I look forward to seeing you in August!  All Target Progress Reports will be mailed home with regular report cards.  Have a great summer!

Mrs. Reddish

Mrs. Reddish Away…

We wanted to remind everyone that Mrs. Reddish will be out March 5-6 presenting at the Georgia Gifted Association Convention in Athens.  She will return on Wednesday, March 7.  Target students will still have their regularly scheduled classes – there will be a sub for Monday and Tuesday AND we are fortunate enough that the substitute is a retired Target Teacher!  Mrs. Reddish will also travel to Washington, DC March 15 & 16 as part of a National Gifted Association committee.  Again, there will be no disruption to Target classes.

Open House for 1st and 3rd New to Gifted

Our Open House for those new to the program will be next Friday, February 2 at 8:15 in Learning Cottage 4.  Your student will be bringing home a flyer today.  I’m looking forward to meeting everyone.

Quick reminder that your student’s lunchtime on Target days is 12:08 – a long stretch for some from breakfast.  Please remember to send a healthy snack for them on those days.

Thank you!
