The Beginning of the Holiday Season!!

The students are excited about the holiday season. The teachers have planned lessons and activities that meet the academic standards while exploring the various ways holidays are celebrated here in the United States. The  holiday party for the kindergarten  classes is December 16th , 11:15 – 12:15. Please contact  your child’s teacher for more  information. 

The students will begin taking the mid year Reading and Math Inventory Assessments. Below is an overview of  the Assessments:

Kindergarten is Doing Great Things!

We are so proud of our kindergarten students for leading our guests in the pledge to the American flag during our Multicultural Night .

The Thanksgiving family meal for Kindergarten is Tuesday, November 19th.

School will be closed November 25 – 29, 2019 for the Thanksgiving holiday.

Please continue to read with your son/daughter daily and review the sight words daily.

Market Day is on October 24th. The students will become consumers and will be able to buy goods and services!

Trunk or Treat will take place this Friday, October 25th. Come out for fun ,treats and experience the extraordinary creations of the faculty at Mableton.

Greetings Parents,

Conference week is almost here, and we look forward to talking to you about your son’s/daughter’s progress. The end of the 1st nine weeks and 1st quarter is Friday, October 11. Conference week is Monday, October 14- Friday, October 18.

Many of the students have brought in amazing STEM projects. Please continue to complete the monthly STEM projects.

*Remember to keep a change of clothes in your child’s back pack.
